conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship coffee beans to customers within the United States.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders
are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has
been processed, along with tracking information once available.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
Cost: Cost is calculated at check out
Please note that delivery times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Available within 30 miles of Ofallon, IL.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email
with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided link.
6. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for
delivery.

7. Delivery Issues
Delayed Delivery: If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at
admin@joscoffeehome.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit,
please contact us immediately at admin@joscoffeehome.com . We will work with
the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Shipping Address
Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not
responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
including but not limited to incorrect apartment/flat/studio numbers.
Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order,
please contact us immediately at admin@joscoffeehome.com . We will do our
best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes can be
made once the order has been processed.
